Celestine Donkor came through with her thanksgiving single “Thank You (Yedawase)” featuring Efya, Akwaboah, Maa Cynthia, Ashley Chucks, Eyram, and Victor, which sparked debatable controversy amongst gospel music industry players and some believers who thought it was wrong for a gospel act to feature secular musicians.

According to her, some of the comments that have come in following this feature defeats the purpose of the Gospel. “The one [comment] that broke me the most was when I received feedback from a Christian TV station that said they cannot play the video because I featured secular artistes.”She added”

 Celestine Donkor was seen on major events platforms in Ghana this year including Nigeria as the only Ghanaian gospel musician to be a part of Nations will arise and sing concert in Abuja by Steve Crown.

•  Efe Grace

Efe Grace has dominated headlines back to back after her mouth-watering performance at the 2021 edition of 3music Awards. Kofi Owusu Peprah son of Incredible Rev George Owusu Mensah(Rops) after he released a cover of His Dad’s tune ‘Matwen Ewurade Anim.
